Monitoring services may require a separate agreement.
Secure Cam Tech LLC is not liable for delays or failures caused by internet outages, power loss, cellular disruption, or equipment malfunction beyond our control.
5. Limited Warranty
We may provide a limited workmanship warranty on installations. Equipment warranties are subject to the manufacturer’s terms.
This warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by misuse, tampering, or unauthorized modifications
Natural disasters or acts of God
Power surges or electrical damage
Normal wear and tear
6. Limitation of Liability
Secure Cam Tech LLC is not an insurer.
Our services are designed to reduce risk but cannot guarantee prevention of theft, vandalism, fire, or other incidents.
