Secure Cam Tech LLC is committed to delivering professional, timely, and reliable home and business security services. This Delivery of Service Policy explains how and when our services are provided.


1. Service Areas

We provide security consultation, installation, maintenance, and related services within our designated service areas. Service availability may vary depending on location.

Customers outside our standard service area may be subject to additional travel fees.


2. Scheduling & Appointments

  • Services are performed by appointment only.

  • Appointments are scheduled after consultation and deposit (if required).

  • Customers will receive confirmation of the scheduled date and estimated arrival time.

  • We request at least 24–48 hours’ notice for appointment rescheduling.

We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, supply chain issues, emergencies, or circumstances beyond our control.


3. Service Delivery Process

Step 1: Consultation

We assess your security needs through an on-site or virtual consultation.

Step 2: Proposal & Approval

A written estimate or proposal will be provided outlining equipment, labor, and costs.

Step 3: Equipment Procurement

Upon approval and deposit (if required), equipment is ordered or prepared for installation.

Step 4: Installation

Professional installation is completed on the scheduled date. Installation time varies depending on system size and complexity.

Step 5: System Testing & Demonstration

After installation, we test the system and provide basic user guidance.


4. Installation Requirements

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing safe and clear access to installation areas

  • Ensuring power and internet access (if required)

  • Securing landlord or HOA approval (if applicable)

  • Removing obstacles that may interfere with installation

Failure to meet these requirements may result in rescheduling fees.


5. Digital & Remote Services

For remote configuration, monitoring activation, or troubleshooting:

  • Services are delivered electronically via phone, email, or secure online connection.

  • Delivery is considered complete once configuration, activation, or support assistance is successfully performed.


6. Monitoring Activation (If Applicable)

Monitoring services begin only after:

  • Signed monitoring agreement (if required)

  • Successful installation and system testing

  • Account activation confirmation

Monitoring delivery may depend on cellular, internet, or power availability.


7. Service Completion

Service is considered delivered when:

  • Installation is completed

  • Equipment is operational

  • Customer walkthrough is provided

Any concerns must be reported within 7 days of service completion.


8. Delays Beyond Our Control

Secure Cam Tech LLC is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Power outages

  • Internet service interruptions

  • Manufacturer backorders

  • Acts of God or unforeseen circumstances

We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule promptly.


9. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Delivery of Service Policy at any time. Changes will be posted with a revised effective date.
