At Secure Cam Tech LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality home and business security solutions. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued.
1. Deposits

A deposit may be required before equipment is ordered or installation is scheduled.

Deposits are non-refundable once equipment has been ordered or installation has been scheduled.

If a project is canceled before equipment is ordered, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion, minus any administrative or consultation fees.
2. Equipment Returns

Equipment may be eligible for return within 7–14 days of installation, provided it is in original condition and has not been damaged or modified.

Special-order, customized, or non-stock equipment is non-refundable.

Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee (10–25%).
All return requests must be submitted in writing.
3. Installation & Labor Fees

Installation and labor charges are non-refundable once services have been completed.

If installation has begun and the customer cancels the project, charges will apply for labor completed and equipment used.
4. Monitoring Services (If Applicable)

Monitoring service fees are non-refundable once the monitoring period has started.

Early termination of a monitoring agreement may be subject to cancellation fees if outlined in a signed monitoring contract.

5. Defective or Damaged Equipment
If equipment is defective:

We will inspect and verify the issue.

Defective products may be repaired or replaced under the manufacturer’s warranty.

Refunds are only issued if replacement is not available and warranty conditions are met.
Damage caused by misuse, tampering, power surges, or natural disasters is not eligible for refund.
6. Service Issues
Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are unsatisfied with our service:

Contact us within 7 days of installation.

We will make reasonable efforts to correct the issue.
Refunds are issued only if we are unable to resolve the problem and at our sole discretion.
7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for processing, depending on your financial institution.
8. Changes to This Policy
Secure Cam Tech LLC reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted with a revised effective date.
