Refund Policy

At Securecam Tech, we strive to deliver high-quality IT services and ensure client satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted.


1. General Policy

All payments made to Securecam Tech are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in a written agreement. Due to the nature of digital services, time and resources once invested cannot be recovered.


2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  • If the project has not been started after payment
  • If Securecam Tech is unable to deliver the agreed service
  • If a cancellation request is made within 48 hours of initial payment (and work has not significantly begun)

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Work has already been initiated or completed
  • Delays caused by lack of communication or input from the client
  • Change of mind after project commencement
  • Services delivered as per agreed scope
  • Failure to approve milestones on time

4. Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be issued:

  • If a project is canceled midway, a refund may be granted based on the percentage of work completed
  • Any completed milestones or delivered work will be deducted from the total refund amount

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Clients must submit cancellation requests in writing via email
  • Cancellation requests are subject to review and approval
  • Any work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed

6. Processing of Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7โ€“14 business days
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

We encourage clients to contact us first before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

  • Suspension of services
  • Legal action if necessary

8. Changes to This Policy

Securecam Tech reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
