All services are delivered electronically and do not involve physical shipping.

  • Projects begin only after confirmation of requirements and receipt of the initial payment
  • A project timeline and milestones will be shared with the client before development begins

3. Delivery Timeline

  • Delivery timelines vary depending on project complexity and scope
  • Estimated timelines will be communicated at the start of the project
  • Delays may occur due to:
    • Changes in project requirements
    • Delayed client feedback or approvals

4. Milestones & Deliverables

5. Mode of Delivery

All deliverables will be provided digitally through:

  • Secure file-sharing platforms
  • Live deployment on client servers or hosting platforms

6. Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely delivery, clients must:

  • Provide all required content, credentials, and resources
  • Review and approve deliverables within agreed timelines
  • Maintain clear and timely communication

7. Revisions & Changes

  • A limited number of revisions may be included as per the project agreement
  • Additional revisions or changes outside the agreed scope may affect delivery time and cost

8. Final Delivery & Deployment

  • Final project files, access credentials, or live deployment will be delivered upon completion
  • Securecam Tech will ensure that the project meets agreed specifications before delivery

9. Post-Delivery Support

  • Limited post-delivery support may be provided as per agreement
  • Ongoing maintenance or updates may require a separate contract

10. Delays Beyond Control

Securecam Tech is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Third-party services or hosting providers
  • Internet or technical failures
  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, etc.)
